A lot of talk in our industry centers around cleanliness. Let’s face it. When people hear “public restroom” they think of a dirty, dingy portable toilet that probably smells bad and has puddles everywhere and no toilet paper. That’s not how we roll (ha!).
About ten years ago, ABCNews did a funny piece on the myth that toilet seats are the dirtiest thing in the bathroom (spoiler alert: they’re not). It makes sense when you think about it: almost everyone that goes into a stall will wipe off a seat that looks dirty, but have you ever wiped off the knob to a stall? Or the faucet handles?
